Windows Phone Dev Publishing - Provide App Test Credentials

So I was asked to provide test credentials for my windows phone app submission, but could not find where to enter them. Test notes can be entered in the following place:

Upload and Describe XAP's

More XAP options (on the right hand side)

Hope this can help other people find where to add test notes / credentials.
